Shipping ,Tracking and Returns Policy

We ship our goodies across India and all over the world

Purchases are prepared Fresh once you have ordered and then shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We take 3-5 buisness days to prepare fresh goodies, that’s why we take time. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 buisness days after dispatchment for Tamilnadu. For South India ,it takes 3-5 buisness days to reach after dispatchment. For North India, it takes 3-7 buisness days to reach after dispatchment. Delivery to locations which are in low coverage or difficult to reach areas may take between 7-10 working days after dispatchment.

For COD orders, we will do verification through phone call or mail before shipping our goodies. Verification will be done within 1-3 days of placing your order from our side.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Natural Goodies has no control over any additional fees / taxes your country may impose .Please note that BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS , DUTY OR VAT FEES IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY .  We make every attempt to list the item so that you are not charged any additional fees , but in rare circumstances that this occurs , a product cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.

International orders will be processed within 5-7 buisness days and we will mail the tracking details once dispatched.

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN

• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
• Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery and OTP may be generated to your Primary number mentioned while ordering. Please give active number while ordering. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However Natural Goodies takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
• Please take unboxing video proof before opening the package. It will help you to claim goodies if any damaged/ wrong products received. Unboxing video will also help you to claim ,if any products missed out. Without unboxing video, you can’t claim with us . • For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 2 days of your order delivery for resolution.
• Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

SHIPPING CHARGES

For India Orders:

• We ship products throughout India. There is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 70 for Tamilnadu and shipping charge of Rs 100 for all other States. For COD we collect additional charge of Rs. 60
• Shipping and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

For Abroad deliveries:

• Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight of  the products and destination zones while checkout of your order .

TRACKING DETAILS

Tracking Details will be sent to your email id ( mentioned while ordering) within 3-5 buisness days of placing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Natural Goodies, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

Natural Goodies is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-

Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Natural Goodies.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

Once your return request has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and the amount will be transferred via the same payment mode used while placing the order.

No Refund shall be made once goodies are sold.

Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are not refundable
